Position: Parking lot maintenance team
Availability: 9 crew members, and 1 captain
Job Description: To keep the parking lot and the property looking excellent. Maintenance team will arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled service, and check in with their captain. They will then pick up any garbage, sweep sidewalks, de-ice, or do anything else necessary to insure property excellence.

Position: Parking lot greeter
Availability: 4 couples and 1 captain
Job Description: To greet guests especially first timers. Parking lot greeters will arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled service, and check in with their captain. Greeters will set up outside the front doors, and anticipate opportunities. The parking lot greeter’s main priority is to focus on vehicles that park in guest parking spots. Once a guest is recognized the parking lot greeter welcomes the guest cordially, and will assess the needs of the guest. The ultimate goal is to make the guest feel welcome and to get them where they need to be (Nursery, guest services, relationship builders, etc.).

Position: Guest service representatives
Availability: 4 crew members and 1 captain
Job Description: The guest service representative’s ultimate goal is to serve people with information. You work with the captain, and the material binder to make sure that you have all the information you need. When approached you will; answer questions, give out brochures, have people sign up for events. Guest service representatives will be at the guest service desk 30 minutes prior to service and 15 minutes after service, or until your replacement arrives.

Position: Offering attendants
Availability: Unlimited
Job Description: To facilitate the distribution of offering baskets, and the offering. Your job is simply to go to the foyer during offering collect your baskets, and to be assigned your position by the Offering captain. You will then distribute the baskets on cue. The captain will then designate three people to walk the baskets to the designated room.

Position: Pastor’s Assistants
Availability: 6 crew members and 1 captain
Job Description: To take care of things pertaining to Pastor Scott. For example; moving the lectern, providing waters, etc. Pastor’s Assistants will arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled service, and check in with their captain.

Position: Foyer Greeter
Availability: 12 crew members and 1 captain
Job Description: To greet people and facilitate relationship. Greeters are expected to be at the church 30 minutes prior to service. Duties include; shaking hands, smiling, passing out bulletins, and directing people.
