Q. How do I begin giving on line?
A. Just read the terms and conditions below and continue on to the Secure Account Log On page at the bottom of the screen.
Q. How often can I give?
A. As often as you like. Once a month, twice a month, weekly or biweekly.
Q. Can I change the amount I give?
A. Yes. You may log on to your account and make the changes or write, email or fax us and we will change it if received before your next transaction date. We will then send you a confirmation stating that your change has taken place.
Q. What happens if I change banking institutions or want my giving deducted from a new account?
A. You will need to log on to your account and make the changes or submit a new written request form to BWC authorizing us to withdraw from your new account. This is also required for changes to charge card accounts.
Q. Can I cancel this service if I change my mind?
A. Absolutely. We're here to serve and bless you. We recognize this as an expression of your intent to give on a recurring basis. Simply log on to your account and make the changes to notify us by mail, fax or email and we'll make any changes you want right away.
Q. Is this service available no matter where I live?
A. This service is currently available only to those living and banking in the United States.
Terms & Conditions:
Monthly deductions cannot be made on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of any month. If your scheduled deduction falls on a nonbusiness day, your deduction will occur on the next business day after the scheduled date. Weekly and biweekly deductions can be made on any business day of the week. Please allow three to four weeks for processing your new account.
When we receive your signed authorization form, we will mail you a notice showing the frequency of your future deductions, including the amount and day/date when your seed will be deducted from your account. Any time your contribution amount changes, we will mail you a new confirmation.
